Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Implement and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring the best possible performance and quality.
4. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve overall code quality.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the development process as appropriate.
6. Mentor and support junior developers, helping them to improve their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
3. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
4. Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
5. Solid understanding of relational databases and NoSQL databases, with experience in designing and implementing database schemas.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
